What they're looking for
- • 5+ years of compensation experience, ideally in a fast-growing or global organization or a consulting firm
- • Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and develop evidence-based recommendations
- • Use Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel confidently, including formulas, pivot tables, lookups, and data modeling
- • Manage compensation processes or projects from planning through implementation
- • Communicate complex topics clearly in writing and conversation, while building effective relationships with Human Resources (HR) Business Partners and business leaders
- • Demonstrate strong organization, attention to detail, independent judgment, and follow-through when managing changing priorities
