We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the Admin Workflows area of 1Password's Enterprise Password Manager (EPM). With our API first approach to EPM, you will champion API centric workflows and deliver features that help administrators manage, monitor, and support their organizations at scale. What they're looking for
- 5+ years of product management experience owning a product or a set of features and being responsible for its ultimate success, in B2B or enterprise software
- A track record of shipping and improving software and driving business impact through the features or products you owned
- Experience building for administrator or IT personas — workflows, dashboards, APIs, or enterprise governance capabilities
- Strong experience with API first product design, API development, and API management workflows, with the technical depth to engage directly with system architecture and developer documentation
- An action-bias that won't wait to create change
- Obsession with internal and external customer problems, and the ability to represent the voice of the customer to motivate the team
