What they're looking for
- • At least four years of experience in a customer-facing technical role, such as Technical Account Manager, Solutions Engineer, or Implementation Consultant, within a SaaS or security-focused Business-to-Business (B2B) environment
- • Experience leading technical onboarding and implementation conversations with both technical and business stakeholders
- • Strong communication, storytelling, and demonstration skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly
- • Experience using proactive technical engagement to support customer adoption, expansion, or renewal
- • Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment and collaborate effectively across teams
- • Experience troubleshooting technical issues, managing dependencies, and maintaining customer confidence when the immediate answer is not known
