About the role
Manage day-to-day facility operations across all office locations, ensuring a safe, functional, and productive work environment Lead new office build-outs and construction projects from planning through completion, including scope development, timeline management, and budget oversight
What they're looking for
- 6+ years of experience in facilities management, corporate real estate, or related field
- Demonstrated experience managing office build-outs and/or construction/renovation projects
- Proven track record of vendor sourcing, negotiation, and management
- Experience developing or executing disaster recovery/business continuity plans
- Strong knowledge of workplace safety standards and regulatory compliance (OSHA, fire/life safety codes)
- Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills
