Own technical win strategy for East region opportunities, from discovery through proof-of-concept to close Design and run POCs/pilots that prove out 7AI's agentic security capabilities in customer environments
What they're looking for
- 8+ years in sales engineering or solutions architecture, with a track record of success in cybersecurity, SOC/SIEM, or security operations technology
- 3+ years of experience leading or building a sales engineering team
- Deep technical fluency in security operations - detection engineering, threat investigation, SOAR/SIEM platforms, or AI/ML-driven security tooling
- Proven ability to sell to and influence CISOs, security architects, and SOC leadership
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving startup environment, building process where none exists yet
- Excellent communicator - able to move fluidly between whiteboard technical depth and executive-level business narrative
