You'll manage those claims directly while building the claims function from the ground up: the processes, the standards and the reporting that turn claims data into decisions that save money.
This role sits on our Central Operations team and is based in Los Angeles or San Francisco.
Own accident and vehicle-incident claims across all markets, from first notice of loss through investigation, repair coordination, negotiation, settlement and closure.
Build the incident intake and triage process, including what happens in the first 24 hours.
Be the main contact for carriers, TPAs, adjusters and defense counsel, and hold them to clear expectations.
