As one of the founding members of our Talent Acquisition team, you'll be the first person at 8Fleet dedicated to candidate experience. - Onsite Interviews: Run onsite interviews start to finish: prep the day, greet candidates, and lead tours of our offices and lots
- Candidate Experience: Find where the process feels slow or confusing, and fix it
- Surveys and Feedback: Run candidate experience surveys, track results, and turn feedback into changes
- Candidate Communication: Keep candidates updated at every stage so no one goes more than a week without hearing from us
- Onboarding Experience: Partner with the Broader HR team & Office Manager on onboarding initiatives so new hires have a great experience from offer to day one
- 2+ years as a recruiting coordinator in a fast-paced, high-volume environment (required)

As our Recruiting & Candidate Experience Coordinator , you'll own how candidates move through our process. That means running scheduling, hosting candidates onsite, and making the experience better as we grow. You'll work closely with hiring managers every day to keep each search moving. You'll bring a systems mindset to how we hire, and help shape onboarding so the experience carries through from offer to day one.
