The RGM West owns their performance end to end, hires and leads the Market Managers who run them day-to-day, and supports new market launches as the West expands. We're hiring a Regional General Manager to own our West region, based at our Los Angeles HQ.

This role requires someone who can operate at 20,000 feet (regional strategy, market prioritization, resourcing) and then drop into the weeds of a single market's P&L or a driver-supply problem when needed. It's an operator's and a builder's role: scaling our largest markets, raising the bar on how they run, and contributing to best practices that other regions will follow.
