We want a creative generalist who can own projects from concept to final cut.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, shoot, and edit video content for Aalo's channels and campaigns
- Document engineering milestones, factory operations, and company events
- Produce short-form content for social platforms and long-form content for YouTube and press
- Collaborate with the brand and marketing team on creative direction and storytelling
- Manage production logistics, gear, footage libraries, and post-production workflows
