About the role
We’re hiring a PM to join our growing Life Sciences team as its second PM. You’ll own a product area end to end, working alongside our existing Life Sciences PM to shape and build products that create value for life sciences partners and health systems. What they're looking for
- 5+ years of product management experience, with meaningful time spent building products for or within life sciences. Pharma, biotech, medical device, or health data and analytics companies
- 0-to-1 experience. You’ve shipped new products
- Commercial fluency. You've worked closely with sales, partnerships, or BD on early-stage deals
- Comfort with ambiguity. You're good at running discovery, forming hypotheses, and updating quickly when you're wrong
- Strong cross-functional credibility. You can talk to ML scientists about model outputs, to lawyers about data use agreements, and to a pharma VP about their clinical development pipeline
- Clear, direct communication. You write and speak well. You can take something complicated and make it simple without losing precision
