What they're looking for
- At least 3 years experience as a Product Manager delivering commercial products taking an outcome driven approach
- Background in data-rich product domains and how ML & AI can be used to maximize value from data and solutions
- Experience with AI-native productivity and creation tools such as Replit, Cursor, V0 (Vercel), etc. to develop prototypes used to rapidly validate desired outcomes
- Comfort in interpreting and understanding business requirements while collaborating with technical teams to define solutions
- Experience in Financial Services and/or Insurance market especially with insurer/carrier data delivery
- Experience working with modern data platforms such as Snowflake

As Product Manager Data Platform at Accelerant, you will identify and deliver high impact data driven capabilities across the Accelerant Risk Exchange platform with a focus on increasing Accelerant’s differentiation through data resulting in value for our Risk Exchange participants. You’ll work closely with key stakeholders at our strategic partners, our Finance team, our Distribution team, and Operations team among others to identify high value opportunities to solve mission critical business problems. You will then work with Engineering, Architecture, and other Product Managers to deliver solutions leveraging an AI-Native approach. You will work in a fast-paced environment harnessing new AI based technologies enabling rapid evaluations and iterations providing opportunities to react to feedback and deliver value early and often.
