What they're looking for
- 5-8+ years of hands-on experience creating content and managing social channels
- A portfolio or examples of social-first content you have personally created , including examples that demonstrate your ability and comfort appearing on camera
- End-to-end creator skills: you can concept, script, shoot, and edit with speed, precision and intention
- Strong on-camera presence: You are comfortable speaking directly to camera and becoming a recognizable, recurring presence across Acorns' social channels
- End-to-end creator skills: You can concept, script, shoot, edit, package, and publish compelling social content with speed, precision, and intention
- Strong short-form video production skills , including mobile-first shooting, framing, lighting, audio, pacing, transitions, captions, and platform-native editing
