What they're looking for
- Degree from a top university with a strong academic record
- 2-6 years of experience in consulting, private equity, venture capital, or a fast-moving startup
- Extremely hardworking and accountable. You do what you say you'll do, and you do it fast
- Analytically strong and comfortable with numbers. You can build a model, structure a dataset, and present findings clearly
- AI-native. You're either already using AI heavily in your work and personal life, or you're highly motivated to make it a core part of how you operate here
- A strong communicator in writing and in person
