About the role
We are seeking a proactive, dynamic, and strategic Growth Marketing Manager, Single Family Offices to join our marketing team. This role is responsible for expanding our continuing to drive growth and pipeline success of the Single Family Office (SFO) segment at Addepar through data-driven performance marketing strategies and highly targeted acquisition campaigns.
What they're looking for
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product Marketing and Content teams to align on messaging and content strategy to ensure effective messaging in market
- Optimize Campaigns through Data: Leverage marketing automation, CRM, and analytics platforms to efficiently monitor campaign performance, deliver clear data points, and provide strategic recommendations for improvement
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus
- 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the financial technology, wealth management, or software industry
- Proven experience leading and driving performance marketing, demand generation, or account-based marketing (ABM) programs
- Strong project management skills specifically managing multiple growth marketing initiatives simultaneously
