About the role
As a Revenue Operations Specialist within our Revenue Operations team, you will manage the end-to-end order lifecycle, champion an exceptional customer experience, and ensure complete compliance with international trade regulations. In this role, you will bridge the gap between Sales, Logistics, and our global client base ensuring every transaction results in seamless execution, high customer satisfaction, accurate order attribution, and robust Salesforce data integrity.

- Relevant Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in order management, sales operations, or trade compliance
- Customer Support: 2+ years of experience delivering exceptional customer support in a fast-paced business environment
- Systems Proficiency: Hands-on proficiency using Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Regulatory Knowledge: Demonstrated understanding of international shipping documentation, export control principles, and trade regulatory compliance
- Operational Expertise: Strong knowledge of order-to-cash pipeline administration, billing workflows, and operational data hygiene
- Technical & Software Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and enterprise CRM/ERP systems
