What they're looking for
- 8+ years of experience building high-scale products in fast growing tech or fintech environments
- 4+ years of experience in lending, banking, or adjacent products
- Track record of delivering complex product and platform initiatives at scale
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity with high autonomy and ownership
- You are able to translate technical complexity back to customer impact and understand the needs of different customers
- PM at heart with strong product instincts, data-based decision mindset, and highly focused on business impact
