About the role
Optain is at an inflection point. We have FDA clearance, roughly 50,000 patients screened annually, and exponential growth in our enterprise segment. The operational infrastructure to support that growth is being built from zero right now, and this role owns that build.
What they're looking for
- 3-5 years in business or operations roles, with hands-on ownership of hardware logistics or commercial contract management (both is a plus)
- Startup experience strongly preferred -- you have worked in a Series A or B environment and are comfortable operating without a defined playbook
- Prior experience in management consulting or investment banking is a plus -- we value the analytical rigor and work product standards that come with it
- Experience in a regulated industry is a strong plus, medical device, IVD, or health tech with a hardware component is ideal
- A systems thinker who leaves every process easier to run than they found it
- Hands-on with AI tooling, including building or automating real workflows
