POSITION OVERVIEW
The Lead Site Technician in Training is an entry-level field position designed to develop the skills and knowledge required to advance into a full Lead Site Technician role. Under the direct supervision of a trainer or Lead Site Technician, this position participates in all aspects of sealing operations, site preparation, documentation, and equipment care. The individual in this role is expected to learn established procedures, demonstrate growing competence in executing sealings independently, and build the operational and professional habits required for long-term success in the field. This is a supervised developmental role with a training period of up to 6 months or 200 completed seals.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Site Operations & Sealing (Under Supervision)
● Assist Field Technicians and the Lead Site Technician in preparing the job site for sealing services, including taping around operable windows, doors, air vents, light cutouts, and other penetrations as required.
● Learn and apply established sealing techniques under trainer supervision, working toward the ability to independently execute accurate and efficient sealings.
