About the role
Aeroseal was established to advance patented duct-sealing technology and develop a network of providers serving residential and commercial customers. The Aeroseal process seals ductwork from the inside out by pressurizing escaping air and allowing polymer particles to bond first to the edges of a leak and then to each other until the leak is closed.

- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of five years of commercial construction or HVAC project management experience
- Strong understanding of commercial HVAC systems, mechanical construction, project financial management, contract administration, and subcontractor management
- Experience managing multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously and managing project budgets exceeding $500,000
- Ability to interpret mechanical drawings and specifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong leadership and organizational ability

Travel: Approximately 50%, including travel to project sites for kickoff meetings, closeout activities, and as needed to address project issues, support field execution, and maintain client satisfaction.
