Own and maintain the end-to-end accounting function, including general ledger, month-end and year-end close, financial reporting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll accounting, inventory, fixed assets, and other balance sheet accounts Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statement
