About the role
As an Engagement Manager, you will act as the main relationship owner for AfterQuery's most important frontier AI lab customers, focused on renewals, expansion, and lasting partnerships rather than one-off deals. They'll pursue new revenue within existing accounts, run senior-level touchpoints like quarterly reviews and contract negotiations, and feed customer input back into product and engineering decisions.

- 3+ YOE in a relevant role- strong candidates often come directly from account management roles at data companies or engagement management roles in other industries
- High agency, drive, and a strong work ethic, thrive in ambiguity and execute with minimal direction
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to hold the room with senior AI researchers and technology industry executives
