About the role
As Head of Growth, you will own one of the company's most important strategic assets: the supply side of our marketplace. The systems you build will directly determine our ability to serve customers, launch new products, enter new domains, and maintain our quality advantage.
What they're looking for
- 6+ years of experience in growth, recruiting, talent marketplace, operations, or related functions, direct experience building talent marketplaces, labor marketplaces, or expert networks is preferred
- Experience partnering deeply with engineering and product teams, high technical aptitude understanding
- Experience building and scaling systems rather than simply executing processes
- Strong analytical and operational capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to hire and lead high-performing teams
- Exceptional execution velocity and willingness to operate hands-on
