We're looking for a Founding PLG & Community Lead to own that engine: the communities where builders find us and the experiments that turn their attention into activation.

Owning and assigning the budget across all our PLG efforts
Our Discord and Reddit presence: useful, credible participation that builds trust with builders and, increasingly, with the AI models reading the same threads
Generating our posting strategy for LinkedIn and X, from what we say to how often we say it
PostHog and experimentation: understanding what our signups actually do, then designing and running your own funnel and activation experiments
The events program: hackathon sponsorships, conferences, dinners, and making our SF office a gathering place for the agent...
