Agility Robotics is scaling its operations — and the programs that enable that scale need to be led with rigor, depth, and autonomy. As Director, Operations Program Management, you will own two things simultaneously: a team of technical and non-technical program managers working across all of the operations and supply chain domains and a portfolio of high-complexity programs that span the full organization.

- 10+ years in leadership roles, with a proven track record in Program Management
- Exceptional ability to translate complex concepts into clear messages for diverse audiences
- Build and mentor a diverse and growing team of technical and non-technical Program Managers
- Strong data-driven decision-making skills to manage a complex portfolio of initiatives across a range of departments
- Operate with a high degree of autonomy defining the path for you and the team
- Deep understanding of how manufacturing and operations environments work — with 7+ years of experience driving programs in this space
