- 5+ years of experience administering, configuring, and supporting enterprise applications, with significant hands-on experience in NetSuite ERP
- Proven experience gathering business requirements and translating them into scalable technical solutions and application enhancements
- Strong understanding of NetSuite configuration, workflows, roles, permissions, saved searches, dashboards, SuiteFlow, and general platform administration. Experience with SuiteScript is preferred
- Experience designing, implementing, and supporting integrations between enterprise applications using APIs, middleware, or integration platforms
- Knowledge of enterprise architecture principles, application lifecycle management, and software development/change management best practices
- Experience implementing and maintaining data governance standards, master data management practices, and ensuring data quality across integrated systems
