About the role
At Agora, our mission is to transform how money moves. We believe stablecoins will underpin a new financial fabric, one that is faster, more global, and more efficient than today's siloed systems. That is why we are building AUSD and the Agora stack, a full service platform that makes issuing, managing, and integrating stablecoins seamless, whether you're a developer, fintech, or institution. With AUSD, stablecoins become programmable, composable, and ubiquitous by default.
What they're looking for
- Founder Leverage & Admin: Act as the primary point of contact for administrative tasks, expenses, and office logistics. You are here to clear the path so the leadership team can stay focused on building
- Payroll & Finance Ops: Take full ownership of monthly payroll and benefits administration. You’ll manage expenses and ensure our financial "house" is in order from an employee perspective
- Event & Culture Logistics: Plan and execute high-impact team off-sites and on-sites. From travel logistics to catering, you ensure our culture thrives in person and remotely
- HR Generalist Tasks: Own the "nuts and bolts" of the employee lifecycle—onboarding, offboarding, contract management, and maintaining our internal documentation
- Execution-Focused: You aren't interested in corporate "fluff." You want to get things done and you take pride in the accuracy of your work
- Operationally Minded: You have 2–5 years of experience in a startup, finance, or fast-paced professional environment. You have a "no task too small" mindset
