As a Pharma Industry Business Impact Lead (BIL), you are the senior industry authority responsible for long-term value realization and strategic account development across Fortune 500 clients within Pharma and Life Sciences vertical. This role goes beyond a traditional Customer Success Manager profile, combining strategic account leadership, executive advisory, and industry authority.
