- U.S. Citizenship is required
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of experience in managing cloud infrastructure, DevOps pipelines, or Quality Assurance teams
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on technical experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins) and automated testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, JUnit)
- 5+ years of people management
- Thorough understanding of microservice architectures, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
