What they're looking for
- U.S. Citizenship is required
- 4+ years of relevant experience, ideally in a blend of public accounting and corporate financial reporting
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related fields
- CPA or CPA candidate
- Hands-on leadership preparing and/or supporting SOX compliance and PCAOB audit requirements
- Experience preparing for or supporting SEC reporting processes (e.g. Forms 10-K, 10-Q)
