You will work across both the long and short term: helping define where the Airbnb brand should move over the next three to five years while shaping the briefs, positioning, and strategic narratives that drive the business today.

- Develop clear, persuasive strategic points of view that align senior leaders and cross-functional teams
- Write creatively inspiring briefs that guide advertising and brand development across traditional, digital, social, and emerging media
- Translate complex research, cultural signals, and business priorities into simple, actionable consumer insights
- Help define product and portfolio positioning, partnering with Marcom and cross-functional teams to shape go-to-market strategy
- Bring a sharp, current perspective on culture, media, and social behavior into brand and campaign strategy
