What they're looking for
- 6+ years of experience in customer marketing, customer advocacy, product marketing, or a related role at a B2B software company
- Proven experience creating compelling customer stories from interviews, implementation details, and business results
- Experience selling to enterprise customers and a strong understanding of the proof points, narratives, and outcomes that resonate with enterprise buyers across industries
- Experience rebuilding or significantly evolving a customer reference or advocacy program within a sales-led go-to-market motion
- A strong interviewer, writer, and storyteller with excellent judgment about what makes a customer story distinctive and credible
- Able to learn from what already exists while challenging assumptions and designing a program for a new audience and stage of growth
