- Source, screen, diligence, recommend, and monitor hedge-fund managers across event-driven, credit, structured credit, long/short credit, and related strategies
- Own selected manager and strategy coverage through the full investment lifecycle, from initial evaluation through portfolio implementation and ongoing monitoring
- Prepare investment memoranda, market research, manager updates, portfolio reviews, and client-ready materials that lead to clear conclusions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with general partners, industry contacts, and other sources of differentiated information
- Participate in client meetings, portfolio reviews, investment discussions, and business-development activities
- Collaborate with colleagues across regions and strategy teams, contribute to shared research tools and processes, and support the development of junior team members
