What they're looking for
- 12+ years of investment experience, ideally with an institutional investor, OCIO, consultant, asset manager, or advisory firm
- Demonstrated experience with private equity asset allocation, portfolio construction, pacing, liquidity, and investment selection
- Ability to lead client engagements and small teams, manage complex workstreams, and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines
- Strong executive presence and relationship-management skills, with credibility among investment committees, boards, CIOs, and other senior decision-makers
- Excellent analytical, written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to turn complex investment concepts into clear, actionable recommendations
- Commercial orientation and experience supporting business development, cultivating prospects, contributing to proposals, and expanding client relationships
