- Experience delivering services as part of a software company, understanding the dynamics of product implementation and customer success in the context of driving business results through technology
- Demonstrated expertise in at least one target industry (Financial Services, Healthcare, Manufacturing, and/or Hospitality and Travel) and its governance/regulatory landscape
- Working understanding of data governance and AI governance concepts, metadata management, and how they map to platform capabilities. Hands-on configuration/build experience is a plus, not a requirement
- Energized and excited about thriving in a high-growth, startup environment where urgency and impact are valued, particularly in delivering data management solutions that drive business outcomes
- Deeply passionate about ensuring customers achieve maximum value out of their investment, acting as their advocate and partner in translating their data management needs into tangible business success
- Travel: ~25–40% for customer and prospect onsite visits
