About the role
As part of the first 100 employees at Albedo, you will have a big impact on Albedo’s trajectory to proliferating VLEO — whether you’re advancing hardware to increase satellite longevity, scaling production for large constellations, building next-gen flight and ground software to push performance, or enabling missions that matter for national security and our day-to-day life here on Earth.
What they're looking for
- BS in EE, CE, Aero, or ME, or demonstrated equivalent technical fluency
- 8+ years in program or engineering management for hardware programs, with at least one where they owned the detailed build or AI&T schedule
- Demonstrated task-level schedule ownership: resource-loaded plans, negotiated durations, and the critical path you can still explain
- Multi-disciplinary integration experience: has run a schedule spanning mechanical, electrical, software, and test, not a single-function plan
- Hardware production or integration and test exposure: has been on the floor or adjacent to it while something was being built
- CAPM/PMP a plus

We build buses, integrated satellites, and turnkey missions for customers to thrive in VLEO, below 300 km, where proximity compounds performance and drag self-cleans debris.
