About the role
As a Product Designer you'll sit at the intersection of product design, product thinking, and front-end engineering—someone who can take early, ambiguous ideas and turn them into interactive, evaluable experiences fast, helping teams make better decisions sooner.
What they're looking for
- Strong front-end fundamentals and comfort building interactive UI (e.g., React + TypeScript, equivalent stacks welcome)
- Systems-minded builder: you’ve shipped and maintained component libraries / design systems (tokens, components, documentation, adoption)
- A designer’s eye: you care about hierarchy, spacing, typography, interaction details, and visual polish
- Proven ability to prototype quickly without sacrificing craft—and to choose the right fidelity for the question at hand
- Ability to operate in ambiguity and move fast with high ownership
- Clear communicator across disciplines, you can translate between design intent and technical constraints
