Backed by Lightspeed.
About the role
We are hiring a software engineer on the Developer Experience team. You will own projects from the first problem statement through production, and measure whether they worked. The team owns how developers discover, adopt, and operate Alchemy: the dashboard, APIs, SDKs, CLI, and MCP server that sit between our infrastructure and the people building on it. A growing share of those users are coding agents, so we design for both. Found on 1752vc Careers, the job board for startup and VC roles.
What they're looking for
- Execution: Scoped, designed and shipped a project across our APIs, backend services, and dashboard or CLI, and paying customers use it in production
- Ownership : Joined on-call and handled incidents in your area without escalating. Your launches ship with alerts, a runbook and a rollback plan
- Impact : Moved a number you can name, such as feature adoption, free-to-paid upgrades, time to first API call, or support tickets
- Team: Earned the team’s trust by making sound technical decisions, collaborating across functions, and improving code and design quality
- Direction : Proposed what the team should build next, backed by usage data and conversations with developers
- Blockchain experience is helpful, not required
