- Coordinate staffing, equipment, and resources to support scheduled testing activities
- Ensure effective shift transitions, operational handoffs, and communication between crews

- Ensure adherence to established operational procedures and testing requirements
- Provide direct supervision to In-Vehicle Fallback Test Drivers (IFTDs) and Fleet Operations Specialists (FOSs)

Oversees personnel, staffing, scheduling, safety compliance, and operational coordination to ensure testing activities are executed safely and efficiently.
