- 3–8 years of experience in recruiting, with a strong focus on manufacturing, engineering, or technical operations roles
- Proven success in high-volume recruiting environments
- Experience recruiting for roles such as manufacturing engineers, quality engineers, technicians, planners, or other production-related positions
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter or Greenhouse
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
