AlleyCorp is hiring an Associate to join our Healthcare investing team, based in New York City. In this role, you'll work directly alongside our healthcare investors across every stage of the investment process, from sourcing and evaluating new opportunities to supporting investments and growing great companies.
A major focus of the role will be identifying exceptional healthcare founders and developing conviction around those opportunities. You'll spend significant time in the market — meeting founders, clinicians, operators, and other healthcare leaders – to develop relationships and spot emerging trends across the industry. If you're as much at home at a founder dinner and in a 7-tab spreadsheet, this is the right seat for you.
We’re particularly interested in candidates who have a unique point of view of where healthcare is headed, specifically how AI and technology can increase the healthcare system’s capacity and capabilities.
- Own top-of-funnel deal sourcing: proactively identifying deals through founder networks, clinical and health-tech communities, events, research, and your own instincts about where the market is moving.
