We're looking for a Lead Product Designer to join our small but mighty product team and design the core experiences that define Allswell for patients and providers.

- 6+ years of product design experience shipping products and features that thousands of people actually use and love
- A strong, diverse portfolio that demonstrates clear, decisive design instincts, from user research and prototyping through shipped product
- Fluency with AI tools. You experiment aggressively with AI and continuously rethink what great designers should spend their time doing
- A research mindset and genuine energy for talking with real users
- A clear, thoughtful, and direct communication style

Affirming, high-quality care is still hard to find and harder to afford, and we are fixing that with a specialized clinical model, technology that makes our clinicians more effective, and insurance coverage that puts real care within reach.
