About the role
AllTrails is where the outdoors comes to life and this role is for an experienced design contractor who thinks the same way. In this project-based role, you'll partner with our Product Design team, you'll work at the intersection of craft, product thinking, and technical curiosity. You'll bring strong craft, product thinking, and technical curiosity to projects ranging from exploring user behaviors and iterating on features to using code and AI as creative tools.
What they're looking for
- 7+ years of professional experience researching, designing, and shipping consumer-facing digital product features across iOS, Android, and web (extensive B2C experience is a must)
- Demonstrated successful experiences taking ideas from concept through release and learning from post-launch performance
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize critical tasks, accurately estimate scope, and consistently deliver high-quality outcomes on schedule
- Experience with qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis
- Able to facilitate constructive feedback and evolve designs to meet business objectives
- Able to provide design direction and pattern recommendation to other cross-functional teammates
