- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Demonstrated experience selling to and building trusted relationships with broker-dealers, RIAs, and other financial institutions
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles involving business, operations, compliance, legal, and technical stakeholders
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with strong pipeline management and forecasting discipline
