What they're looking for
- 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong track record of hiring software engineers and other technical talent
- Proven ability to successfully manage a high volume of concurrent technical searches
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence, advise, and build credibility with Engineering leaders
- Strong sourcing skills and a track record of building pipelines for difficult-to-fill technical roles
- Experienced in using ATS reporting, funnel metrics, and recruiting data to communicate hiring performance and drive decisions
- Skilled in using AI tools and modern recruiting technology to improve efficiency and recruiting outcomes
