As GPS scales, we're organizing around three domain verticals — Customs & Trade, Resilience & Network, and Policy & National Security — and we're hiring the founding Head of Policy & National Security to grow, manage, and run that business globally. What they're looking for
- Significant experience in public-sector sales and revenue growth leadership, with a track record of growing the pipeline and the team
- Deep knowledge of how the public sector actually buys: you've shaped opportunities and made real calls on deal strategies with an understanding of different contracting mechanisms
- A network across government and industry you can activate, and the credibility to operate at the senior level
- A builder's instinct: you've led complex efforts, you operate effectively through influence, and you're energized by standing up something new
- The ability to carry complex, high-intellectual-content software into government, fluency in trade, supply chains, geopolitics, and national security use cases is a strong plus
- Excellent judgment and communication skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders independently and translate complex value into a clear case
