As Altana enters its next chapter of growth, we're looking for a high-impact, mission-driven talent leader to lead our talent acquisition function and build a world-class organization capable of delivering on our most ambitious goals. What they're looking for
- 12+ years in talent acquisition, including 4+ years leading and developing recruiting teams, ideally in high growth tech environments
- Proven track record and passion for the art and science of recruiting, with a desire to still be hands on with critical, high-impact roles
- Strategic business partner with the ability to collaborate closely with senior stakeholders, identifying data-driven insights on talent acquisition lifecycle to drive improvements in our talent strategy and execution
- Demonstrated track record of building and leading high-performing, global recruiting teams in a high-impact culture
- Deep experience in full-lifecycle recruiting, executive search, and data-driven talent sourcing strategies
- Experience leading transformation efforts, aligning talent acquisition efforts with new and emerging technology such as AI-powered processes and automation to accelerate business objectives
