About the role
This role is responsible for designing, deploying, maintaining, monitoring, and troubleshooting AV systems across the organization. The Audio Visual Engineer will support day-to-day conference room operations as well as high-visibility executive meetings, All Hands, town halls, live events, and corporate broadcasts.

- Bachelor's Degree in Audiovisual Technology, Broadcast Technology, Electronics, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience
- 5+ years of professional experience in AV engineering, audiovisual systems, unified communications, broadcast, or live event production
- Hands-on experience managing and supporting Microsoft Teams Rooms
- Strong understanding of AV signal flow, audio/video distribution, networking, and system troubleshooting
- Experience with AV control systems such as Crestron, Logitech, or similar platforms
- Experience supporting professional audio, video, conferencing, and presentation systems

The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience with AV engineering, Microsoft Teams Rooms, broadcast technology, live event production, signal flow, audio/video systems, and auditorium environments , with the ability to troubleshoot complex systems and provide real-time support during critical events.
