- Design Flows : Strong understanding of hardware description languages, synthesis, place-and-route, and ASIC/FPGA design methodologies
- Technical Expertise : Deep, hands-on experience with C++, Qt, Python, Tcl, and Java

Team Leadership : Manage, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of GUI software engineers.
Distributed Operations : Coordinate and align engineering efforts across globally distributed engineering teams.
Product Delivery : Drive the architecture, design, and execution of intuitive, high-performance GUI applications, working with hardware and software development teams across the company.
Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner closely with product management, applications engineering, and core EDA backend teams to deliver seamless workflows.
