At Altos Labs, we handle a variety of business transactions in a dynamic and fast-paced start-up environment. Our team of dedicated legal and compliance professionals work to ensure these transactions create value for Altos and meet all risk and compliance standards.
What they're looking for
- 6+/11+ (Associate Director/Director) years of experience in corporate and licensing transactions in the life sciences
- Law firm only experience welcome
- Demonstrated experience in transactions involving and between companies (private or public)
- Familiarity with intellectual property concepts and licensing practices
- Demonstrated experience supporting senior attorneys/partners in complex transactional work (e.g., asset acquisition, M&A)
- Relevant technical background (science or engineering degree(s)) a plus
