What they're looking for
- Shape and continuously improve the employee journey across the full employee lifecycle from onboarding through development, engagement, and retention
- Design onboarding experiences that help new hires feel connected, productive, and immersed in AV’s culture from day one
- Lead engagement initiatives including pulse surveys, feedback programs, recognition efforts, and culture-building experiences
- Partner with leaders to strengthen team health, communication, collaboration, and overall employee engagement
- Serve as a trusted and approachable partner to employees and managers, balancing empathy with sound judgment and business perspective
- Help reinforce and scale the cultural foundations that make AV a strong place to grow and do great work
